The adjoining Restaurant zur Taube has been awarded 15 Gault Millau points and can seat 36 people in the restaurant and on the stunning terrace by the lake. The young and creative kitchen team uses only the best seasonal and regional slow food ingredients to give the Mediterranean cuisine its own unforgettable signature.
For our Bijou we are looking for a motivated host personality as a:
Service Mitarbeiter/in 50% - 100%
Service Trainee 100%
Service employee 50% - 100% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS:
- Guest care from greeting to farewell
- Running your own station
- Accepting table reservations and processing guest enquiries
- Preparations for events in house or on catering assignments
- Support in event logistics
- Supporting the reception team
- Compliance with hygiene standards
WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL:
- Completed training as a catering specialist EBA or several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Fluent German and very good English skills are a must, any other foreign language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- Extroverted sales talent
- High level of self-motivation and initiative
- Stamina and resilience
- Efficient and flexible personality
- Independent and clean way of working
- Willingness to work part-time
