At La Colombe Restaurant "Taube", Giovanni Melis & Riccardo Pianta surprise us with strong ideas - our "Chefs of the Month".

Surprise after a short walk through the old town of Zug. At the end, the guest faces a pretty boutique hotel and a few steps further on the idyllic garden terrace of the Taube restaurant directly on Lake Zug. The house is run by Aline Sigrist and Giovanni Melis. 
Giovanni Melis - a culinary globetrotter full of energy and at his side for around 20 years: Chef Riccardo Pianta, the two are a congenial duo - GaultMillau and Mercedes-Benz award Giovanni Melis and Riccardo Pianta as "Chefs of the Month".
